Writing on height charts ordered since 16th July 2012:
For best results on your height chart we we recommend using only a permanent marker. Please test it on a small area such as the label on the actual product, leave it for a few minutes and check if it dries.

Writing on height charts ordered prior to 16th July 2012:
Any markings will be permanent and for best results we recommend using a children’s water based texta. Avoid using permanent markers or ball point pens, as they may cause bleeding long term. If you’re unsure, test on a small area such as the label on the actual product and leave for a week to show if it will bleed.

1. Preheat Dry Iron
Empty iron of all water & preheat on hot setting for 5 minutes.

2. Position and Protect
Tip: You might find it easier with the garment inside out.
Peel off the label and place on the garment. Then place some good quality baking paper over the label.

3. Hot press
Using the point of the dry, hot iron, press for a full 10 - 20 seconds.

4. Inspect
Gently peel back the baking paper to inspect the label.
You should see the fabric texture in the label. If the edges aren’t fully stuck, repeat the above steps.

Unfortunately not, our labels are made in such a way that we can only make one name per set, be it a single pack, or a value pack.

Yep, simply follow the instructions and your labels will stay stuck, not fade and continue to look amazing even after washing.

1. Smooth and Clean Surface
Stick your labels to smooth surfaces that are clean and dry.
Avoid plastics with a greasy feel or a highly textured surface.

2. Rub Label Firmly
Your labels will stick best after sufficient pressure is applied. Once in place, rub firmly, applying pressure over the whole label, especially the edges.

3. Cure Time - allow 2-3 days
Please wait 2-3 days for the adhesive to ‘cure’. For dishwashers, items should be placed on the top shelf and are not be suitable for “high temperature” settings such as “pots and pans”.

4. Safety Check
Before giving any labelled item to children, check that the labels are fully and safely adhered.
