Tinyme personalised products are custom made to order (that's right, we don't hold stock of products with names such as Tigerlilly or Apple).

For delivery within the UK, tinyme uses the trusty Royal Mail First Class Mail service. If the package is too big to fit in your letterbox, and you are not at home when it is delivered, your Postman will leave a note stating that you should collect your package from your nearest Post Office. Larger parcels may be sent by courier. We will make your order according to your specifications and deliver it to your door, typically within 9 working days.

Postage and handling is charged based on the value of your order. So it’s easy for you to estimate.

Order value up to £19.99 = £1.99 (inclusive of VAT) postage and handling.

Order value between £20 and £39.99 = £3.99 (inclusive of VAT) postage and handling.

Order value greater than £40 = £5.99 (inclusive of VAT) postage and handling.

At present we don’t offer an Express Delivery option for your tinyme order.

We can only deliver to PO boxes for orders that are entirely made up of name labels. If any other products are included it is necessary to use a street address.

We currently don’t offer international delivery from tinyme.co.uk. If you love our products, you can find similar products at tinyme.com.au, with delivery to most parts of the globe.

Why would you want to when we can deliver it to your home? We don’t currently have a pick up option available.

We don’t offer a parcel tracking service. An email will be sent to let you know that your order has been dispatched. Your order should arrive the next business day unless you live in a remote area.
